2. Weekly Governance
Every week, we run a 30-45 minute governance call. Not a brainstorm. A review of execution.
- Review last week's "Planned vs Posted" score.
- Identify bottlenecks (who was late? why?).
- Commit to next week's schedule.
3. System Memory
When a founder manages distribution, knowledge is lost in DMs. We build a system of record.
We track cycle times, error rates by creator, and platform performance. If a creator consistently misses deadlines, we have the data to recommend replacement.
